1. 100% Local Processing Model
FixData is built around local-first execution. Unlike typical web utilities that require sending list rows or CSV values to third-party cloud servers, all text inputs pasted into our boxes remain entirely on your local machine.
The set calculations, hashing operations, duplicates removal, and formatting tasks are done locally in your browser via JavaScript Web Workers. No database uploads or network transmissions occur.
2. GDPR, HIPAA, and Data Security
Since all operations are local, FixData does not store, share, or track user-identifiable records. This makes the tool fully compatible with strict security and privacy standards, including HIPAA and GDPR guidelines for handling sensitive customer lists, keys, or IDs.
3. Cookies and Tracking
FixData uses local storage (`localStorage`) solely to store your light/dark theme preference across sessions. We do not use tracking pixels, advertisement trackers, or marketing profiling cookies.
4. Browser Session Memory
All data loaded into our workbench is temporary. Once you close the tab, terminate the browser window, or reload the page, all list data is completely cleared from memory.
